These Terms govern your use of the Guzman's Auto Repair website and any estimate, booking, or service you request through it.
Written estimates are provided free of charge and are honest, best-effort figures based on the information you provide and a physical inspection of your vehicle. Final pricing is confirmed with you before any work begins. If additional issues are discovered during service, we will contact you for authorization before proceeding.
Appointment requests submitted through this site are not confirmed until we contact you to lock in a time. We reserve the right to reschedule for shop capacity, parts availability, or weather.
We stand behind our workmanship. Warranty terms vary by the type of work performed and any parts manufacturer warranty. Specific warranty terms are provided in writing with each invoice.
Vehicles left on the premises beyond a reasonable pickup window after service completion may incur storage fees. We are not responsible for personal items left inside a vehicle.
